1. Operational Excellence:

We look for solutions and technologies to facilitate and improve the construction and management operations of the Gas and Water Networks, from a "design to value" and "design to cost" perspective.

Below are some relevant thematic areas:

  • civil/building construction and site works (e.g. innovative methods and techniques for excavations, pipe laying, filling and restoration, etc.);
  • ordinary and extraordinary maintenance operations (e.g. predictive maintenance, more efficient maintenance cycles, more effective repair or replacement operating methods and techniques, etc.);
  • innovative technologies and materials (e.g. in road restoration, for the repair and construction of pipes, etc.).

2. Digitization:

We look for digital and technological solutions to innovate processes, continuously improve safety, guarantee adequate infrastructure for the energy transition.

Below are some relevant thematic areas:

  • on-site or remote monitoring (e.g. control and remote management of equipment, construction site monitoring, worker presence and correct PPE management, etc.);
  • data management, analysis and visualization (e.g. artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc.);
  • process automation (e.g. omnichannel interaction; learning tools, generative AI, knowledge management, etc.);
  • blockchain (e.g. supply chain, warehouses, etc.).

3. Sustainability:

We look for solutions and technologies to improve and accelerate the transition towards a circular economy, with reduced emissions and towards the development of green gas.

Below are some relevant thematic areas:

  • reduction of industrial and civil energy consumption (e.g. energy efficiency and management of industrial and civil buildings);
  • reduction of climate-altering gas emissions (CO2, CH4, etc.);
  • development and distribution of new renewable gases;
  • better management of the life cycle of the materials used (pipes, meters, waste soil, asphalt, etc.);
  • eco-sustainable management of packaging and transport;
  • traceability of the entire supply chain (e.g. raw materials->semi-finished products->finished products).
